Students and staff asked for views on Aberdeen cycle path project

A consultation is being held by a local authority on the final phase of a university cycle path scheme.

The Aberdeen City Council project, which runs from the city centre to Robert Gordon University in Garthdee, currently has two routes under consideration.

Students and staff are being asked to give their views as both have different challenges and obstacles.

One route would see a riverside option along the River Dee, connecting to the RGU campus, and the other would create cycling and pedestrian infrastructure along Garthdee Road.
