A popular North-east pub is to reopen following a three-week refurbishment.
The former Fourmile in Kingswells, now called The Smiddy, will open on Friday, June 10.
The new-look bar will have seating and tables, an updated mirror bar gantry, wooden flooring and additional HD television screens with Sky TV and BT Sport.
It will serve a selection of real ales, beers, wines and spirits as well as Scottish food.
Operations director of The Fourmile Alan Aitken said: “Following a quick transformation, we are delighted to announce that the new bar at the Fourmile, The Smiddy, will be open to the public next weekend.
“Thanks to its traditional, yet modern vibe, we believe the new bar will provide the perfect venue for surrounding residents and visitors, from those seeking a relaxing drink after work to those looking to catch up with all the latest sports action including the upcoming Euro 2016 tournament.”
