Proposals have been submitted to a local authority to turn an office building into a workshop.
A planning application was lodged with Aberdeen City Council by Space Solutions on behalf of Knight Property Group for Wellington House and Southpoint House, on Wellington Circle in Nigg.
If accepted, it would see alterations made to convert the current office building to a workshop or warehouse with office space.
As part of the proposals, a shutter door, window and cladding alterations, concrete yard and widened site access would also be created.
The main entrance to Southpoint House would be relocated to the side of the building with a new access ramp formed, with handrails and an entrance canopy over the door.
Also under the application, nine parking spaces would be made available for the two-storey office, and a further 16 for the warehouse. Members of the public are welcome to comment on the application showing their support or objections by using Aberdeen City Council’s online planning application service.
Aberdeen City Council planners are expected to make a decision on the application by October 16.
