Proposals to turn a former north-east office into a clinic have been submitted to a local authority.
Plans have been lodged with Aberdeenshire Council to turn a property on Abercrombie Court, within the Arnhall Business Park in Westhill, into a clinic.
The application has been made by David Murray Associates on behalf of Dr Raza Hyder, of OHIS – Occupational Health and Industrial Services.
If accepted by the local authority, it would include two consultation rooms, two screening rooms and a multi-purpose room created on the first floor, alongside a reception and admin area, a waiting area and toilets.
On the ground floor, there would be a further reception area, alongside three offices and a pantry.
Aberdeenshire Council is expected to make a decision on the application by November 4.
Comments can be made online until September 19.
