A popular Aberdeen Mexican brand is to open its first restaurant in Aberdeen.
Fresh Mex will launch a 40-seater burrito bar, on Schoolhill, in Spring/Summer.
The firm currently operates from The Adams and The Hawthorn pub, as well as being available via Deliveroo and a regular at festivals across the region.
The new Schoolhill “fast-casual style restaurant” will run alongside Fresh Mex’s current offerings.
A spokesman said: “A massive thank you to all our customers and team for helping us get to this point – from farmers markets in the pouring rain to grabbing a FreshMex at one of our events or food residencies around Aberdeen.
“Could not have got here without the overwhelming support and we CANNOT WAIT to share the space with you guys in our local city!!”
