A total of 21 people were caught speeding or driving antisocially during a police operation.
Officers targeted Westhill, Inverurie and Dunecht to clamp down on irresponsible driving.
Police gave out an on-the-spot fine to a driver caught driving antisocially in West High Street, Inverurie, and educated 20 other drivers caught speeding.
The three-day exercise ended on Friday with checks near Kellands and Uryside primaries in Inverurie, and Westhill Academy.
Pc Mark Hammond said: “Overall, there was a very good response from the public who commented on the fact our presence made a noticeable difference to the speed of drivers.
“We would like to remind motorists they should drive to the conditions.
“Even a slight increase in speed can have very serious consequences.”
