AN INVESTIGATION was under way today after cash was stolen from an Aberdeen bookmakers.
Police have appealed for information after an incident at the William Hill Bookmakers on Byron Square.
A man stole a three-figure sum of cash from the bookmakers at around 5.30pm on Saturday.
Police say he is described as aged between late 20s to early 30s.
He is 6ft, with short dark hair, of medium build and was wearing a grey hooded top with a black body warmer and jeans.
Officers said the man spoke with a Liverpudlian accent.
Police officers could be seen at the store in Northfield yesterday as investigations were being carried out into the theft.
