Police are investigating a crash on a busy north-east road after the driver was not found at the scene.
Officers were alerted to a crash on the A90 north-bound at Tipperty at around 11am.
A spokesman said: “One vehicle crashed into the central reserve on the A90 north-bound at Tipperty.
When officers arrived the driver was not at the scene and inquiries were being made, but they have since been traced.
The vehicle involved is a silver Toyota which has now been uplifted and the road is now clear.
