
Police have launched an appeal for information after a serious two-vehicle crash in Aberdeen.
The crash happened on Dyce Drive at its junction with Kirkhill Road, at around 6.40am on Friday.
The collision involved a white Kia Sportage, driven by a 27-year-old man, and a red Kia Rio, driven by a 59-year-old woman.
As a result of the collision the 27-year-old man and the 59-year-old woman were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary to be treated for serious injuries.
Constable Edwards, from the Inverurie Road Policing Unit, said: “Inquiries into the circumstances of the incident are at an early stage and I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident or either vehicle prior to the incident to contact the police on 101 quoting incident number 554 of 5 October.”
