Plans to change a former Co-op into a restaurant have been submitted to Aberdeen City Council.
The application was made to Aberdeen City Council by LAS Architecture on behalf of Koi Lappin.
The proposal, if accepted, would see the former shop at 104-106 Rosemount Place turned into a new restaurant called Koi Thai, and also outlines plans for the installation of a mechanical ventilation system.
There would be space for 40 customers, and the business would also include a takeaway section. Aberdeen City Council is expected to make a decision on the application by September 8.
