Plans have been lodged to covert vacant former offices into flats and eateries.
Crown House, at 27-29 Crown Street, Aberdeen, could be transformed if the plans are approved.
The proposals would see the building converted into 12 flats and restaurant/cafe units.
The cafe/restaurant units would be on the ground and basement levels and the flats on the first, second and attic floor levels of the Category B Listed building.
Currently vacant, the building was previously used as office space.
Planning documents state the development would “promote vitality and vibrancy within the city centre through increased footfall”.
