Plans to turn a former pub into two residential flats have been submitted to a north-east council.
The proposals were lodged with Aberdeenshire Council by Lachlan MacDonald for the Crown Bar in Fraserburgh’s Broad Street.
If accepted, the current lounge bar area would be converted into a two-bedroom flat, comprising of a lounge, shower room and kitchen.
On the lower bar level, plans show that there would be three bedrooms, a bathroom and a lounge kitchen.
It is not anticipated that there will be any vehicle parking spaces created at the site.
