Proposals have been tabled to convert an office space into a number of residential homes.
The plans, which have been submitted to Aberdeen City Council, seek permission for the change of use and conversion of the premises at 49 Carden Place in the city.
Under the proposals it would be changed from Class 4 (Business) to three residential units.
The planning application also seeks permission for the replacement of, and various alterations to, windows and doors at the property, as well as landscaping works and the construction of a courtyard wall.
If approved by the local authority the proposals would also include painting work and the enlargement of rear windows on the site to form French doors.
There would be one parking space in the proposed development.
The applicant is listed in planning documents as John Hannah.
