Plans have been submitted to convert storage units into a flat.
Proposals put to Aberdeen City Council seek permission for a change of use of the premises at 15-17 Thistle Place in the city.
Under the plans, the site would be converted into a two-bedroom property.
Planning documents list the existing use of the addresses, which have an area of 90sqm, as “general storage units”.
As well as the proposed change of use from class six (storage or distribution) to form the two-bedroom residential flat at 15 Thistle Place, the planning application also includes additional associated work.
This includes the formation of a bin or bike store at ground-floor level at 17 Thistle Place and the removal of an existing air conditioning unit.
The applicant is listed in online documents as Margaret Yule, with the agent named as Davidson Smith Partnership LLP.
