Bosses at a major Aberdeen business park want to add shops and food outlets to the sprawling development.
Drum Property group have changed plans for phase four of the large Prime Four park to a “mixed use” facility.
This would be in place of the original application, which was for a business-only park on the outskirts of Kingswells.
If approved, the next phase of the multi-million pound office development will also include shops along with food and drink outlets.
The developer will unveil detailed plans for the fourth phase at a full public consultation in August.
The event will allow people to have their full say on the plans.
A spokesman for Drum Property Group said: “Prime Four is now firmly established as a major world energy centre, and an award-winning development of local and national economic significance.
“Drum Property Group is committed to continuing to invest in additional services and amenities for Prime Four and the surrounding area, and will be undertaking a period of consultation regarding the proposals – including a public exhibition, in due course.”
