NEW images reveal how a proposed 200-bed student development at the site of a bus depot could look.
Ardmuir has lodged proposals to build the development at the junction of King’s Crescent and St Peter Street in Aberdeen.
The site is currently used as a car park for employees associated with the First Bus depot and lies on the edge of the Old Aberdeen conservation area, near the University of Aberdeen.
Plans reveal that a total of 202 beds are proposed with flats forming three and four bed clusters, sharing a living room, kitchen and bathroom facilities.
But no parking spaces will be provided, except for disabled spaces and for staff.
