Proposals have been lodged to convert a storage unit in the north-east into a fitness studio.
The planning application, submitted to Aberdeenshire Council, seeks permission for a change of use for the premises at Unit 7, Steven Road, Huntly.
It is hoped the building, which is currently used as class 6, storage, can be converted to class 11, assembly and leisure.
If given the green light by the local authority the building would be used as a fitness studio.
The applicant is listed in planning documents as PC Fitness.
