
A person has been taken to hospital after a crash on a North-east road.
Police and paramedics were called to the B979 Netherley Road just after 2pm following a crash between a gold Yamaha SZS600 motorcycle and a white Hyundai i10 car.
As a result of the incident a person was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
The road is currently blocked following the crash.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “We received a call at 1410 hours on Wednesday 18 October to attend a RTC on the B979.
“We dispatched one ambulance and a doctor to the scene.
“One patient was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.”
