A section of a the A90 is to close this weekend.
The southbound carriageway on the A90 will be closed at Charleston due to utility works as part of the Aberdeen bypass.
It will be closed from 8pm tomorrow until 6am on Monday with the new Charleston Bridge also closed during the works.
Drivers have been warned to avoid the A956 and A90 in Charleston as a result.
A Transport Scotland spokesman said the A90 northbound should be unaffected by the work but drivers looking to travel on to the A956 will have to use a diversion via Great Southern Road and West Tullos Road.
Motorists travelling south will be diverted on to the new southbound slip road.
