Temporary parking restrictions will be put in place for an opera screening.
As part of the BP Big Screen series, Verdi’s La Boheme opera will be shown on a huge TV screen in Duthie Park on Tuesday June 26.
Drivers will be unable to park on either side of Great Southern Road, between its junctions at Whinhill roundabout and Riverside Drive.
There will also be temporary parking restrictions on Polmuir Road, Murray Terrace and either side of Riverside Drive, between its junctions with Great Southern Road and Riverside Terrace.
Aberdeen City Council said the measures are necessary in the interests of public safety and convenience during the event.
Restrictions will be in place from 6am on June 26 until 6am on June 27.
The local authority agreed earlier this year to relax a drinking bylaw meaning that alcoholic drinks can be served on the night.
