Two people have appeared in court after break-ins at a north-east restaurant and a hotel.
Jasmin Calder, 18, and Jordon Blair, 22, appeared in private at Aberdeen Sheriff Court in connection with break-ins to businesses in Aberdeenshire.
These were the Ramsay Arms Hotel in Fettercairn and the Quayside Restaurant in Gourdon.
Calder, of Banff, and Blair, of no fixed abode, both faced five charges of theft by housebreaking, one of attempted housebreaking with intent to steal, one of theft by opening a locked place, and one of being in or on a building with intent to commit theft.
The pair made no plea during the hearing and were released on bail while the case was continued for further examination.
No date was set for their next court appearance.
