The wedding of one north-east couple is to feature on the small screen.
Hannah and Jordan Beattie, both 26, from Torry, got married at the Macdonald Norwood Hall hotel last Saturday – and some surprise guests turned up.
A film crew from a Danish TV channel were there documenting what happens at a Scottish wedding.
The crew, filming for the show Anne & Anders i Brexitland, for Denmark’s national broadcaster DR, have spent the past few months travelling around the UK.
The Scottish leg of the show, saw the hosts, Anders Agger and Anne Hjernøe visiting Aberdeen Harbour and having a pint in a local pub.
Hannah said: “I got a phone call from Norwood saying that they were going to be in Scotland and that they wanted to film our wedding.”
The pair, who married after eight years together, were interviewed by the hosts.
Hannah said: “They asked us about traditional Scottish weddings, about why we wear kilts and a little bit about Scottish dancing.
“It was a bit daunting, but it was good to have them there, it’s something extra to add to your wedding, I suppose.”
The episode featuring Hannah and Jordan will air in Denmark in August or September.
