A teenager who was caught buying ketamine online when Border Force intercepted a parcel will learn his fate next week.

Martyn Falconer had been due to be sentenced at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Wednesday.

The court previously heard Falconer told police the drugs were for his own personal use and “also to sell to friends”.

He earlier pled guilty to being knowingly concerned in the fraudulent evasion of the prohibition on importation of ketamine, and also to being concerned in the supply of ketamine.

However, Sheriff Sukhwinder Gill further deferred sentence on the 18-year-old, of Kennedy Place, Ellon, for the matter to call before another sheriff on Tuesday.
