A North-east road has reopened tonight after a man died in a crash.
A man, 62, was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary after his car crashed on the B979 Westhill to Blackburn road but later died.
One car, a silver Mercedes E220, was involved in the incident, about one-and-a-half miles outside Westhill.
The road was reopened at 8pm after investigations were carried out by police.
Police, ambulance and fire crews were called to the scene after receiving reports of the collision at around 3.25pm
