A cyclist has been taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary after being involved in a crash with a motorist on a North-east road.
The incident took place just after 12 noon today on an unclassified road just north of Bridge of Don near the B999.
It is not known at this time the extent of the mans injuries.
The was closed for almost six hours while officers carried out an investigation into the incident. The road reopened shortly after 6pm.
A police spokesman said: “We were called to a road traffic collision involving one male cyclist and a car shortly after noon. The male has been taken to ARI.”
