A north-east road has been closed after a water pipe burst in a restaurant.
Emergency services are in attendance at the scene on Allardyce Street in Stonehaven, after receiving a call at 8.20am.
A water leak in Soul & Spice restaurant has travelled down to the Waterfront Café below, with fire crews in attendance to remove the water.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “We got the call at 8.40am. There’s a water leak in a restaurant and the water is leaking into the café below.
“The fire service are there to help stop the water and pump it out.”
A Scottish Fire and Rescue spokeswoman said that there is four appliances in attendance, 14 firefighters.
She added: “We got the call at 8:52am, at the Waterfront Café on 62 Allardyce Street.
“We’ve got four pumps there. We are making the scene safe. The electricity supply and water supply has been turned off and made safe.
“We’re getting the water out and making it safe.”
