North-east hospitals have published data on services provided during one week.
Between April 2-8, Aberdeen Royal Infirmary saw 5,314 patients at its outpatient departments, but 386 patients – representing 6% – did not attend their appointments.
Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin released figures which showed that 458 people attended the emergency department, and 96.9% were assessed and admitted or discharged within four hours.
Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital performed 56 planned operations within the week, and 18 emergency operations.
Similarly, 44 patients – representing 7% – did not attend their appointments.
