
A north-east college is to hold an experience and careers day on Wednesday.
The event, at North East Scotland College, will give the public the opportunity to visit its Altens campus on Hareness Road to find out more about automotive, engineering and construction courses on offer.
Full-time courses available at the campus range from introductory to HND (Higher National Diploma) level.
Applications are currently being accepted for courses starting after the summer with places being guaranteed for those who apply before the end of March.

Employers, universities and other organisations will be represented on the day from noon until 4pm, while tours of the campus and course information will be available from 4pm to 6pm.
Employers attending the event include Barratt North Scotland, Halliburton, Peter Vardy and Robertson Construction.
Police Scotland will also be at the event promoting careers to those attending.
The event is free to attend and no prior booking is necessary.
