A north-east homebuilder has been shortlisted for two prizes for its developments.
Bancon Homes will find out in May whether it has been successful at the Homes for Scotland Awards.
The firm’s Aspire Mews in Aberdeen and Monument View in Inverurie are both up for accolades.
Aspire Mews in the west end of the city is nominated for private development of the year (for up to 25 units) while Monument View is vying for the same award (for 26-99 units).
More than 700 entries were submitted by homebuilders across the country.
Allan Clow, managing director of Bancon Homes, said: “Being shortlisted for not one but two categories at the Homes for Scotland Awards 2019 is a brilliant testament to the dedication of our team.
“We’re extremely proud of both developments shortlisted and the unique lifestyles they offer homebuyers.”
