A bestselling novelist is to visit Aberdeen.
Anthony Horowitz, who has published 40 books during his career – including the smash hit children’s Alex Rider series – will be coming to Aberdeen this week.
His appearance at The Lemon Tree will be in association with the crime writing festival Granite Noir, which ran for the second time in February.
The spoken word event is to take place on Friday, from 6pm.
He will be discussing his new James Bond novel Forever and a Day, a series originally penned by author Ian Fleming, who passed away in 1964.
Mr Horowitz was asked to write a book for the series by Ian Fleming Publications and the author’s estate in 2015, which owns the rights to the original spy novels.
Tickets cost £11 and include a paperback copy of the novel.
