AN ANGRY mum has hit out after a man allegedly exposed himself to her daughter and another girl in Aberdeen.
An investigation was under way today into the incident, which was said to have happened in the Cloverfield Gardens area of Bucksburn around 8pm on Friday.
The mum of one of the girls, who cannot be identified, spoke of her anger following the incident.
She said: “My beautiful daughter is traumatised.
“It was made doubly terrifying because they were effectively trapped in an underpass – which we always tell the kids to use because the nearby road is so dangerous.”
The girls ran off to a friend’s house after the man confronted them.
The man is described as aged in his late 40s or early 50s, 5ft 8in tall with short light hair, stubble and he spoke with a local accent.
He is believed to have been wearing a black beanie hat, a black and white striped T-shirt, black tracksuit bottoms and black trainers.
Police Scotland appealed for anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed anything suspicious to contact police.
