A retro car show has been hailed a success after nearly 3,000 people attended.
The Blast From The Past car show attracted thousands of motoring and transport enthusiasts to Thainstone Centre in Inverurie.
The event on Saturday showcased more than 250 vehicles, dating back from the 1920s up to modern day.
Included in the show was a steam engine and rally vehicles.
Many of the vehicles took part in parade laps and the 65 Car Club also featured an Auto Test competition against the clock.
Organiser Alan Wallace was relieved that the weather had stayed dry for the event, claiming the “sun had been the highlight”.
He added: “It was absolutely brilliant and everyone was pleased to see the sun out for the day.
“The feedback we’ve had for the event has been overwhelming, I was stopped so many times on the day to ask if it would be back next year.
“It was hard to appreciate it on the day because we were so busy, it’s only just sinking in now how much of a success it was.”
The event also catered to children, offering rides, a bouncy castle, live music and competitions.
