Staff from a supported living facility in the city that helps people with mental health issues have been praised by inspectors.
Monitors from the Care Inspectorate watchdog visited Seabank House’s facilities on Dee Street and on Sunnybank Road on August 7 and have now published their report.
They rated the service “very good” for care and support – the second best of six possible ratings.
“There were positive and appreciative comments from residents about how staff supported them,” said the report.
It added: “Staff knew the residents they cared for and had a genuine concern for their wellbeing and meeting their individual needs.
“We found a stable, committed and enthusiastic staff team which supports continuity of care and development of the service.
“There was a good range of activities being offered throughout the day.”
