Teenager Scot Rodger has been found after being reported missing at the weekend.
The alarm was raised for Scot, 19, on Saturday, with the last reported sighting of him on Garthdee Road, Aberdeen, at noon that day.
A major search operation involving a number of emergency services resulted.
Police, firefighters, ambulance, coastguard and RNLI crews scoured the River Dee on Saturday afternoon in a bid to find Scot.
Officers later tracked down CCTV footage that showed Scot walking near Goals Soccer Centre in the city’s Great Southern Road.
Yesterday afternoon at least a dozen officers could be seen carrying out a search of woodland, pictured, near to where the images were captured.
A police spokesman said: “Police Scotland can confirm that Scot Rodger missing from Garthdee Road, Aberdeen has been traced safe and well.
“Police Scotland would like to thank everyone involved for their assistance.”
