A missing man has been found after a CCTV appeal by police.

Duncan Innes, of Bridge of Don, had not been seen since Saturday, when it was believed he was in the Shielhill Crescent area of Aberdeen.

His dark blue Ford Focus was also spotted on CCTV at a petrol station in Westhill on Friday.

Officers were growing concerned for the welfare of Duncan, who it was thought may have travelled to the Central Belt, Moray or Aberdeenshire.

Yesterday, officers issued a CCTV appeal for the 35-year-old and today said he had been found safe and well.

Police thanked the public for “help and support”.
