Two people have been charged after a man suffered serious facial injuries in an alleged North-east assault.
The incident happened in the Elgin High Street area on November 19 last year.
The 40-year-old man who was injured was taken to Dr Gray’s Hospital for treatment.
A 54-year-old and 26-year-old are expected to appear in court over the alleged incident in the future.
It comes after Police Scotland confirmed a man aged 48 had been charged over the alleged incident last week.
