A man has appeared in court charged in connection with a drugs seizure of almost £5,000.
Police recovered crack cocaine and heroin, with an estimated street value of £4,950, from a property in the Roslin Street area of the city on Wednesday.
Jordan Mullen, 30, appeared in private at Aberdeen Sheriff Court in connection with the matter.
Mullen, whose general address was given as Manchester, is facing two charges of being concerned in the supply of drugs.
He is also facing a drugs possession charge.
During the hearing Mullen made no plea.
The case against him was committed for further examination and he was released on bail.
A spokeswoman for the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service said no further dates have been set.
Speaking after the drugs seizure, PC Nicholas Bowyer, of the Seaton Community Policing Team, said: “We are committed to tackling the misuse of drugs in Aberdeen. Information from the public is crucial to help us intercept illegal drugs that are destined for local communities.
“If you are concerned about drug misuse in your community, or you’ve noticed unusual coming and goings at all hours, please call Police Scotland on 101.”
