A man has appeared in court for the second time charged in connection with a fire at a block of flats in Aberdeen.
Mathew Harris, 30, appeared in private at Aberdeen Sheriff Court over a fire at flats on Urquhart Road on Saturday June 23.
The blaze had broken out in the block’s communal hallway.
Harris, of no fixed address, is charged with wilful fireraising.
He previously appeared in court in connection with the matter last week.
During yesterday’s hearing he made no plea.
The case was fully committed for trial, and he was remanded in custody.
Future court dates have not been set.
