It is alleged he drove in an “erratic manner” and failed to comply with red lights, passed another vehicle without leaving enough space and crossed into the opposing carriageway as well as repeatedly braking and accelerating.
He is accused of driving while under the influence of drink or drugs, driving without wearing a seatbelt and without insurance.
Palaszewski, whose address was given in court papers as Headland Court, Aberdeen, had his case continued for a pre-trial hearing until February, with a trial set for March.
