A man has appeared in court after tools worth more than £1,000 were allegedly stolen in Aberdeen last week.
The high-value tools and other items were allegedly taken from the Westburn Road area between October 6 and October 8.
Paul Urquhart, 42, appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today charged with housebreaking, theft by housebreaking, assaulting or impeding police and possession of drugs.
Urquhart, whose general address was given as Aberdeen, made no plea during the hearing in private.
The case was committed for further examination and he Urquhart was remanded in custody.
He was expected to appear again within the next eight days.
