A man has been charged in connection with alleged assault in Aberdeen city centre.
Police were called to Shiprow shortly after 12pm yesterday following reports of an incident.
A 30-year-old man was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with injuries that are not thought to be life-threatening.
And officers have today confirmed a 33-year-old man has been charged following the alleged assault
Inspector Chris Kerr said: “We would like to thank members of the public for their cooperation while inquiries are carried out into the incident.”
The man is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today.
