
A man was airlifted to hospital with potentially serious injuries after an accident on a farm today.
Ambulance crews were called out to reports of an injured elderly man on a farm near the village of Crovie, on the Aberdeenshire coast, around noon.
An air ambulance was later requested and took the man to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary at around 1.45pm.
The nature and extent of his injuries are not yet known.
It is understood he may have fallen from a height while carrying out work at the farm.
