A man has admitted stealing a charity tin from a drive-thru restaurant.
Malcolm Findlater, 38, appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday over the offence and a second charge.
He pleaded guilty to stealing a charity box and its contents from KFC at the Haudagain Retail Park on February 16, 2016.
He also admitted stealing a quantity of purses from Michael Kors, Union Square, on February 6, 2017.
Sheriff Sukhwinder Gill deferred sentence on Findlater, whose address was given in court papers as Commerce Street, Insch, until next month for reports.
She added Findlater had a “terrible record for stealing”.
