A man has been charged following a number of break-ins and thefts in Aberdeen.
The attempted housebreakings and thefts happened in the Walker Road area of Torry during July and August.
A number of personal items and electrical goods were taken, but have since been returned to their owners.
A 36-year-old man has been charged in connection with the incidents.
He is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court at a later date.
PC Lewis Edgar, of the Torry community policing team, said: “Police Scotland is committed to tackling acquisitive crime, and we continue to urge members of the public to assist us by ensuring their properties, vehicles and valuables are locked and secure at all times, even when they are at home.
