Two people have been taken to hospital after a three-vehicle crash on a busy North-east road.
The incident happened at 4.50pm on the A947 two miles south of Fyvie.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were all called to the crash.
It involved a white Renault Clio, a white Ford Transit, and a red Audi A1.
The man and woman, driving each of the cars, were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
They aren’t thought to be in a life-threatening condition.
The road was closed for almost three hours while the vehicles were cleared.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “A man and a woman have been taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
“The two were driving both cars.
“Their injuries aren’t thought to be life-threatening.”
