Emergency services have been called to a two-vehicle crash on a north-east road.
The incident occurred at about 8.25am on the junction of the A975 and A90 near Cruden Bay and involved a lorry and a transit van.
Police are currently at the scene diverting traffic on the southbound carriageway through Cruden Bay.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “The call came in just before 8.30am of a collision between a lorry and a transit van on the junction of the A975 and A90.
“Vehicles on the southbound road are being diverted through Cruden Bay, however there is not a full closure on the road.
“Police are still in attendance at the incident.”
