FANS of the iPhone queued up in Aberdeen to get their hands on the latest model today.
The iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus smartphones both went on sale today.
Dozens of people formed a queue outside the Apple store in Aberdeen’s Union Square eagerly waiting for the shop to open.
People queued from 5am and by 8am around 50 people had joined the queue. Aberdeen’s Sophie Walker and Leon Maughans, of Stonehaven, were two of the first people to purchase the new phone.
They join millions of others around the globe who picked up the phone today.
Up to 13 million phones are expected to be sold this weekend.
