How does your house price compare to other areas of Scotland?

The latest house price figures for the UK were released today.

Prices across Scotland have continued to rise, reaching £149,185, an increase of almost 5% from the previous year.

But, Aberdeen has seen the biggest drop in average house prices in Scotland.

Prices in the Granite City fell to £166,836 in July, a 7.7% drop when compared to the previous year.

When compared to the previous month, figures are slightly up, around 1.3%

However, Aberdeenshire has seen a year-on-year increase of 0.35% with average property now worth £200,092.
