Plans to turn a former Aberdeen paper mill into hundreds of new homes will be back in front of councillors next week.
Barratt Developments was granted permission to build 900 homes, offices and community facilities on the site of the former Davidson Mill on Mugiemoss Road in 2011.
But construction on the site has not started and the firm is seeking to alter the planning conditions agreement with the council.
If approved, it would mean an increase in the number of homes which can be completed and occupied from 375 to 470, prior to the opening of the link road through the northern part of the site connecting Mugiemoss Road to the A947.
Council officers have recommended that next Thursday’s committee approve the change.
