A historic North-east bridge is to be closed to traffic this weekend.
Park Bridge, which connects the A93 in Drumoak to South Deeside Road, will be closed to vehicles for four days from November 25.
The A-listed bridge, two-span cast iron bridge was built in 1854 by James Abernethy.
Aberdeenshire Council confirmed today that it will only be open to pedestrians over the weekend to prevent overloading the bridge.
